I truly appreciated the follow up phone calls to my initial request and after the cleaning. I also appreciated the emails notifying me a couple days before. It is very easy to set up your dashboard through their site and make any edits if necessary. Alessandra was on time, very nice and she did a great job. I am quite picky. I already have her scheduled for another cleaning.
